Mr. Sidhant Dhingra has graduated in 2016, BA.LL.B from Institute Of Management Of Law College, Ghaziabad Affiliated from Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut, U.P, India. Thereafter, he joined Delhi bar Council and got himself enrolled as Practicing Advocate. Since then, he has been practicing law in Delhi at different forum and in different area of laws. During his initial days of practice, he got an opportunity to work with various seniors and multi-dimensional Law Firms, wherein he acquired basic litigation skills as well as comprehensive exposure of Pleading of various Applications, Petitions, Writs, Suits, Deeds, Agreements, MOU etc.
He worked extensively in Criminal Trial, Civil and Corporate Litigation including Civil Suits related to recovery, Injunction, Declaration, Specific Performance, Dispute related to Delhi Rent Control, Probate Petitions, passing off and infringement of trademarks, consumer disputes, and dispute related to recovery of debts due to banking and financial institutions, writs, revisions, review, appeals etc.
He has also practiced before Delhi High Court, National Commission, State Commission, Consumer forums, NCLT, DRT, DRAT, All District Courts of Delhi and before number of arbitrators. Presently he used to appear before supreme courts and other High Courts across the country. Mr Sidhant Dhingra has wide experience of every level of litigation including Enquiry, Investigation, Trial, Appellate, Revision, Writ and Seeking Special Leave from Supreme Court. His core area of expertise is Corporate Litigation, Criminal Litigation (esp. White-Collar Crimes), Disproportionate of Assets, PC Act, CBI/ED enquiry, Cyber Crime and IPR related litigation.
